Cancellation fees may apply based on how many days before the travel date the cancellation occurs.
Refund eligibility will depend on the service provider’s policies (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies).
In case of unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), we will do our best to reschedule your trip or offer a credit note.
5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other necessary travel documents.
Azure Ceylon Travels will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or expense arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
It is your responsibility to comply with all immigration and health regulations of the countries you visit.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Azure Ceylon Travels strives to provide excellent service, we are not liable for:
Personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by acts of third parties (such as hotels, airlines, or transport providers).
Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations).
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before starting their journey.
